COMMITTEE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Election Committee shall be composed of members appointed by the President with the consent of the Board. The purpose and objectives of the Election Committee shall be:
1. Conduct elections of officers in accordance with the By-Laws, policies and procedures of the Association.
2. Conduct all mail votes in accordance with the By-Laws, policies and procedures of the Association.
3. Tabulate results of all written ballot votes at meetings of the membership.
4. Advise the President and Board on matters concerning elections.
