2008-2009 Goals:
1. Corporate Sponsorship is going to add three to four different
sponsorship categories for 2009. They will include different perks for each
level.
2.
We are also trying to add a sponsor from Colorado Springs, Grand Junction,
and Durango for 2009.

We are also going to try and coordinate the spring and the fall meeting
sponsors into the same system. |

Responsibilities
The Election Committee shall be composed of members appointed by the
President with the consent of the Board. The purpose and objectives of the
Election Committee shall be:
a. Conduct elections of officers in
accordance with the By-Laws, policies and
procedures of the Association.
b. Conduct all mail votes in accordance
with the By-Laws, policies and
procedures of the Association.
c. Tabulate results of all written ballot
votes at meetings of the membership.
d. Advise the President and Board on
matters concerning elections.

Responsibilities
The Finance Committee shall be composed of the Secretary, Treasurer, and a
minimum of two members who are serving, or have served, on the Board. The
purpose and objectives of the Finance Committee shall be:
a. Oversee the financial conduct of the
Association.
b. Present a budget proposal to the Board at the
annual meeting of the Board.
c. Advise the President and Board on financial
matters.
d. Submit to the membership at the annual meeting
a financial report approved
by the Board
e. Have contact with the financial advisor of the
Association.

The purpose and objectives of the Scholarship Committee shall be:
a. Recommend criteria to the Board for scholarships
awarded by the Association.
b. Recommend scholarship recipients to the Board.

pertaining to scholarships
d. Procure, within Board guidelines, plaques and other
awards to be given by the
Association.
e. Ensure that all engraved or printed awards are
affixed with the proper seal of the
Association
f. Advise the President and Board on matters
pertaining to awards.
g. Present awards to recipients at the annual meeting
of the Association.
