Favorite thing about being
an ATC:
-
The
always changing and dynamic challenge of returning injured athletes to
competition. No 2 injuries or athletes are alike making everyday
unique and challenging
- Interacting with and being apart of an athletes growth both physically
and mentally has always been enjoyable for me
- I find it rewarding to work with both coaches and athletes in helping
them to gain a better understanding of both prevention and
management of athletic injuries
- Perhaps the most rewarding aspect of being an athletic trainer is
seeing an athlete return to competition after an injury and knowing that
you had a small part in their return success.
Personal Interests:
- Outdoor activities- Hiking, mountain biking, camping, rock climbing
- Woodworking-furniture building
- Traveling
