Favorite thing about being an ATC:

  •  The always changing and dynamic challenge of returning injured athletes to  competition.  No 2 injuries or athletes are alike making everyday unique and challenging
  • Interacting with and being apart of an athletes growth both physically and mentally has always been enjoyable for me
  • I find it rewarding to work with both coaches and athletes in helping them to gain a  better understanding of both prevention and management of athletic injuries
  • Perhaps the most rewarding aspect of being an athletic trainer is seeing an athlete return to competition after an injury and knowing that you had a small part in their return success.

Personal Interests:

  • Outdoor activities- Hiking, mountain biking, camping, rock climbing
  • Woodworking-furniture building
  • Traveling
