Spring 2001 Special Edition Newsletter Inside this issue...
Dear CATA Members, Just a little over a year ago Robert Ryan chose to undergo an enormous task to review the CATA's bylaws and constitution with the possibility of combining the two documents as well as amending certain items that were outdated. What is enclosed in this special edition newsletter is the accumulation of Robert's work. Please read through this newsletter carefully and the document explaining why we as an association may need to amend certain items and /or combine the 2 documents. If questions arise as you are going through this, please jot them down and bring them with you to the annual CATA business meeting as this topic will be discussed at that time. The annual business meeting is where Robert will officially voice his proposal to the CATA board of directors and the membership. It is imperative that you are familiar with the points in this newsletter because we will be taking a vote. I urge you to attend the annual business meeting which will be held on Sunday May 20th from 12:30-1:30 pm at Regis University in Denver. I would like to thank Robert again for all of his help in this matter. Sincerely, Kelli Lotito CATA President |
