RMATA AWARD NOMINATION PROCEDURES

RMATA Award Nomination Form

There are two ways to nominate a fellow professional. Nominations accepted year round! It's as easy as printing off the PDF form, or completing the nomination form online. We encourage you to complete the online form if possible.

It is essential that you know that the following must be provided with both the written and online nominations: Cover letter (see comments below), three letters of recommendation(two from ATC's), Resume/Vita. Different awards have different criteria. Please make sure you know the criteria for each award.
